A new study by WebpageFX, a SEO company, took a look at more than 35 million search queries tracked by more than 1,000 Google Analytics profiles to get a better understanding of how search varies by state. The firm’s report, titled The United States of Search drew connections between the search engines used in each state and other factors such as political stance, obesity rate, and Starbucks per capita — some of them surprising, and some not so much.
